Blended in McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills, the fruit gives this Shiraz alluring and seductive notes. Our 'Grace & Glory' Shiraz is packed with dark berries, warm cinnamon and hints of chocolate. Well deserving of its title.
Bouquet: Loaded blackberry, blackcurrant and cinnamon.
Palate: Seductive blackberry and dark cherry notes lead to revealing layers of cracked black pepper, black olive and chocolate. Rich in texture and flavour with subtle tannins and persistent length.

2014 saw an unseasonably cold start to summer then a heat wave in January and February followed by unseasonably heavy periods of rainfall. This led to one of the smallest harvests on record, what was
lost in quanty was amply made up for in fruit quanty.
Winemaker Notes
Picked in the cool of the morning and open top fermented. Hand
plunged for rich colour and complex mid‐palate. Matured for 12
months in a combinaon of French and American oak barriques.
The Adelaide Hills fruit component added lied white pepper
flavours and a touch of elegance.

Wagyu beef, scotch fillet, or Thai style rare beef.
