Our flagship Shiraz, handpicked at dawn and small batch fermented.
Every detail counts, as this is our blockbuster Icon Shiraz.
Bouquet: Intense dark fruits, blackberry, blackcurrant and roasted plum.
Palate: The complex palate displays juicy mulberry and plum with hints of pepper, grilled spices and dark chocolate. The tannins are soft as velvet but give a strong backbone to the wine.

Vineyard Notes
In 2014 there was a cold start to summer, followed by a heatwave in January/February and then unseasonably heavy periods of rainfall. This led to some of the smallest harvests on record, but the quality of the fruit has been fantastic.
Winemaker Notes
Picked in the cool of the morning and open top fermented. Hand plunged 3‐4 mes a day to extract rich colour and a complex midpalate. Matured for 13months in a combinaon of French and American oak.
